Hello, I'll reply to this shortly. You do have extensive POs which was why you were looked upon with great scrutiny. Usually most POs would be disregarded past a few years, but a majority of your notes and bans are from the current year and late last year, so all within a few months. You were PKed on your Testa Lagusa character for initiating a gunfight with police, and after a while you hopped on your de-whitelisted Probationary Officer character and began to lockpick into the cells of PD - In which the NYPD noticed you, and you then DCed. It was a lighter offense, but combined with all of your POs I thought it to be justified.
Short version: PKed > Goes to PD and begins to lockpick > DCs when PD try to arrest.
I could agree on lowering your ban, but not a full reversal, but you were already on thin ice as is.
