The situation seemed to directly begin / stem from the violent confrontation, had the confrontation not occurred or not been metagame'd the the hit for leaving would stand
There were no witnesses left after the violent confrontation, I went through length to confirm this, as a result the confrontation having a profound effect on the situation and the info of it occurring being regarded as meta the confidence that this PK was 100% within the rules falls below the threshold. There is reason to suggest the user would have never left the faction had this info not been revealed OOC'ly.
I have no choice but to accept this appeal.
The Damien character will remain OUT of the faction and any roleplay that occurred while he was in it is regarded as void, meaning he can longer be targeted by this faction for pk due to the reasons that were listed here.
