Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Cops were baiting for a PK
As I was standing outside the diner, three cops came up all nosy like to instigate, as seen in the clip below. After a bit of back and forth, one explicitly stated that "it would only be worse if they spat on us", Considering spitting on someone constitutes as an assault, it was obviously a trick in order for them to arrest someone. Someone proceeded to spit on them, leading to an attempted arrest. Being on company property and seeing they were attempting to unlawfully arrest an associate of mine, I opened fire, killing two officers and being killed by the third.
Yet somehow I am the one who gets PK'd, after an hour of the cops sitting on their ass doing nothing about it (gunfight occured 9:15 as seen by clip, got pk'd 10:15ish). In review, the cops came onto private property to investigate without a warrant, baited an assault charge to falsely arrest someone, then baited for a PK by instigating a gunfight.
It is entirely bullshit that gunfight PK rules apply to everyone but cops, which incentivizes them to go and instigate gunfights to PK people such as in this case, and it is good reason for this PK to be reverted as it is entirely baited.
You may not bait someone into a PK. This means that starting a confrontation in order to escalate it then use that as a reason to PK someone, this is not permitted.
It also states in the PK rules that Cop PKs do not apply if Cops were the ones to escalate the situation to a gunfight (as was the case), as stated here:
This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout.
Overall this PK breaks several of the PK rules and should be reverted, as I feel it is just the Cops being PK hungry and corrupt as usual.
