Hello, I am the Officer who submitted your PK to staff.
I and two other Officers (Leo Smith and Jeremy Sokol) were performing a standard patrol of the sewers and town and had just made our way toward your Diner. Officer Sokol said he wanted to see if they were open because he was hungry and wanted to get food. We walked into your parking lot to where we asked if you were open for business where we were told that you were closed at that time. From there I started to walk away and proceeded to wave at the people at the diner. Then the other two officers were just messing around inspecting the horse statue, and we were all asked to leave the property, me being the first to exit to the sidewalk. I had full intention of leaving, however, as a Probationary Officer, I was required to stay with the Officer. Verbal arguments ensued between those of you at the Diner and the other two officers. Yes, the other officer did say that the only thing worse would be if you all spit on us, where one of your associates I suppose proceeded to do so after the statement was made (all can be seen in your clip). Your associate had full capacity to not spit on the officer, which is considered to be battery, but did so anyways, resulting in Probationary Officer Leo Smith tasing him (warranted or not, that's an IA issue), and proceeding to try and cuff him, where you then decided to open fire on us (the officers). You then managed to kill both the arresting officer and the other officer next to him, leaving me to return fire and kill you. After this situation occurred, I waited there for the SGT online to come by, Everything was cleared up and I returned to headquarters to go clip the situation and make a PK ticket with staff. I made this ticket within minutes or so of the situation occurring, with no staff response (no admins were on at the time and only admins can do PKs), and then made another one sometime later. It was then taken resulting in the sit about an hour after the initial gunfight and a ticket was made, where the result was you being PKd.
