Hey Although I semi agree with you an the other hand Dingleberry had acknowledged I was letting it happen by saying "get him! get him" if I was indeed an immediate threat I Believe dingleberry would've certainly fired upon me.

I do thank you for your input though as talking this out is the only proper way to solve it (whether it gets Appealed or not)
