The first time and second time you ran him over he was not in the middle of the road, he was on the side. The first time, you had all the room to drive around the other side of the cruiser and not hit the cop. The second time, I can pass that off as unintentional, and I dont know what came of that specific interaction. I think what the officer posted in response to this PK appeal makes it clear what happened in the entire interaction. I see this as a valid PK because, though the cop did shoot first, he saw you as a threat to not only himself but others as well. While shooting he decided to fire shots at you and you decided to shoot back, which led to your death.
