Lockpicking changes

I feel as if lockpicking is kind of useless, we should be able to actually rob peoples houses instead of just being able to get inside them. I think we should be able to lockpick Crates, Lockers, File cabinets, ect. just a simple addition that would make robbing homes actually beneficial. 


This would be supa dupa cool if added into game
