Rubber Bullets Addition

Rubber bullets would be an addition that would knock out and/or subdue the victim you are shooting at with rubber bullets, they would be knocked out for about 30 seconds - 60 seconds. This would be a great way of kidnapping, and knocking out cops that are trying to arrest you without having a murder charge on your hands. When the victim is downed and knocked out, the aggressor could then restrain the victim, and drag them away from the scene of the crime.

Seems like a good addon for criminals, and maybe a useful non-lethal force used by police.
