Nothing here is enough for a pk the guy was barely a part of the faction and left months ago if you really cared you could have ordered it then, then when he came back and asked if it is possible to leave, he was pked for just that which is very harsh, PKs are meant to be a last resort this wasn't. With the unpk his involvement with the faction is voided neither side can use anything that happened.
