1- How did you know your ban was longer than his? you were not in the server when he was banned. If your two had colluded prior to his entry to the server and after his RDM spree then you would have after and thus known you got a longer ban.
2- I confirmed it was you through 3 specific logs. A) you gave him $1,000 outside hardware seconds before he got the bat he used to kill his first victim. B) You dropped a Mac-11 serial #1 C) He picked up a Mac-11 serial #1.
All of this happened within 7 mins and immediately after he went on a killing spree. He didn't hang around with you for some time he just went straight to killing. You also disconnected shortly after giving him 20k in weapons.
