What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * My motivation and my reason for applying for staff is because I have spent so much time on the server and I feel that I have enough playtime and experience over my time to become staff! Not only that but a lot of my colleagues that ive worked with on my characters have also become staff. Not only that I want to join because Ive seen and talked to most staff members and it seems like a nice team that I want to be apart of!
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I should be considered over other candidates because of my activity, hardwork, dedication, and determination! Not only that but due to my past bans, warns this gives me a certain edge on the playing field! I would know when something was a genuine accident or when it was intentional and that is hard to find I think.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Never!
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned 12 times from diverge networks one being a perma ban!
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say I am very well known in the diverge community. My reputation I would say is a little iffy most people dont like some of my characters and Im fine with that. I think the other half of diverge members think of me as a funny chap and a fun guy to play with.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I instantly take a clip of it with Medal. I then go on duty bring the guy who RDMD me tell him why he did it. Then I check his past warnings and bans to see if hes done this before! If he has a lot of times recently I would give him a minor ban. If he dosent have a lot of warnings I would just let him go with a note!
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I take pictures/clips of everything to have solid evidence. I then send it to the top of UA so they can handle it!
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If my good friend joined my server I would ban them with no hesitation because my friends simply dont care so I would have no problem.
