Hello, I was the banning Administator in this Sit. A guy was following you around calling you the hard r (not breaking any rules), then he follows you inside of the Hospital elevator and then you pull out your glock and shoot him for calling you the hard R (he still didn't break a rule). After he respawns he runs out of hospital and he see's you and continues to call you the n word (finally breaks a rule). I looked at your PO (previous offenses) and saw that you had a note for "ARDM + RDM in event" from 1 month and 9 days ago. I considered that to be a previous note and also the Owner of the server said that any Past Offenses stay on your record and can be counted towards a ban. I issued you the ban and issued the guy a note for NLR for running back up to you.
