When you delete a character all instances of it and references to it are automatically removed from everywhere.
The managefaction command that I recently revamped allows you to see what members are PKd, when they last loaded the character, and more. You can bulk transfer out people in about 3 clicks. You can sort the listing by these factors as well. Having them automatically removed upon PK would just cause more work for staff if people get unPKd.
