Why should you be unbanned?
I would like to start by apologizing for the situation. Even if I didn't go into the situation in the beginning with the intention of metagaming, it obviously took place, and I was a person who had a "management" type of role in that discord. While the role was more of one meant for perms in the discord, I did aid in metagame via this non-diverge approved discord, and it was stupid of me to do so. I played a part in putting plans into motion and I truly am sorry. I have always respected the community and my actions went against this respect, and my actions did end up hurting some members of the community in the game, and I'm sorry for what happened to them and what I did. Throughout my long time playing on Diverge, I've very rarely broken the rules. This can be seen on my bans and notes. I have few notes, and this Permaban is my first and only ever ban on the server. I'm sorry for breaking the rules like this in such an egregious manner, and I guarantee that if I am unbanned I will ensure that I don't do something like that again.
As for my dispute of the ban, I am not disputing why it happened. It makes sense for me to be banned. I broke the rules after all. The reason I am disputing it is because I believe that a permaban on my first ever ban is somewhat excessive. Of all the people in the discord who were banned, most of them were 2 weeks, and very few were permanent. Of those that were permanent however, all these people (aside from me) had an excessive number of prior bans and notes. I believe that as I do not have this giant rap sheet of breaking the rules, a permanent ban is somewhat excessive.
