Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): both
Why should you be unbanned?: I believe my punishment should be lessened. The very few that I did run over were just white shirts running in the middle of the street. As a player who actively initiates roleplay on a daily basis, who hasn’t been punished for several months and have a decent track record. I believe a ban is unjust. Without having the prior opportunity to defend myself of this ban. I did reach out to staff through the ingame ticket about 20 minutes before my on the whim ban by James. I talked to shards but I did go out my way to apologize to the officer involved in the sit and took full responsibility in which the officer accepted my apology and instructed shards to return us with no punishment involved. I knew I was in the wrong by goofing around in my car with others, however , I knew what I was doing wrong immediately then reached out to staff to solve my wrongdoings. I believe my ban can be reduced if not removed. I knew what I did wrong and I made the effort to resolve it the best I can by resolving it with the victims.
