Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute
Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because I gained no information or anything of the sorts, I simply stated "both figglesworth's and dingleberry are in our faction". I said their cop character names as identifiers, as that's how they're known. It was in our storefront, with the dupe down, door locked, and behind a wall, where only the people inside could hear. The people inside were all higher ups in my faction, myself (Enforcer) being the lowest rank there, besides Marko Amarino. (Henry Figglesworth on his criminal character, hence why this whole thing started.) The entire room was void of rp, and I spoke aloud to prevent anyone outside from hearing my /looc message, as the range on that in my experience can go through walls/props, where as a voice usually won't. I asked the people I name dropped, and they all said it's okay / its a video game and they didn't care. The banning staff member claimed a ticket was made about metagame, despite there only being the people mentioned before in voice range, and none of them would be bothered by it in this case, as it was a closed off room full of people we all knew as friends, and had no rp gain to it, such as metagaming a warrant. A ticket made by any of them was highly unlikely. I asked everyone involved after my ban, and everyone stated that they didn't care, and it didn't bother them whatsoever . Then after my ban, when I messaged the staff member on discord, where I was met with a response that there was instead a ticket about "something else and i was watching over". I then asked whether it was a ticket about metagame, or something else, and I was then told that they were acting on information given to them, and to enjoy my day off. I'm unsure why the staff member felt the need to lie to me by telling me there was a ticket made, when they could have said the truth, that being they were watching me the whole time due to an unrelated reason I won't mention.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Receipts of all three people name dropped, stating that it's okay, or that they don't care. Refrence attached images. Note: I have since been told Oboshi was not in the room at the time, I was referencing a clip I had minutes before I was banned, sorry about any confusion.
