hey so im the staff member who carried out the pk and here is my take. you ran the cop over and had many chances to stop when talking to you to get more info to determine if it was valid you sent your clip which is this https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...Q1MjYxNDcs which 1) the cop is saying your running him over. 2) you can see him on the left of your screen and 3) you deleted the part when you run him over. so with both clips i had determined that this was an valid pk.
