Pyro is a well respected member of the community and a natural leader. He has a high position within my organization to reflect this as a form of his own competency on display. Throughout my time knowing him, his interactions with people ultimately embody what I think is important to have in a staff member. Some of these things are his ability to settle arguments, handle stressful situations, and a healthy respect for fairness and the rules. I would enjoy seeing someone with his abilities helping our staff team, which always has a big workload and sometimes can’t cover all the timezones by no fault of its own. He understands the importance of RP and strives to make sure that all situations play out appropriately and ethically. I sincerely hope our staff will approve this, as I cannot think a better person to nominate.
