You got shot at and drove off, then waited for us around the bend for a minute before we drove up, saw you, and hit you. I think it is quite fair to say that FearRP would absolutely apply after that minute, and after you got slammed into with a car which knocked you out. You chose to wait around and attempt, I guess, to start conflict again. Then you suffered for it.

Also, in the sit you fully acknowledged you broke FearRP, and said you "didn't care".
