Reason for blacklist (if given): I was blacklisted for placing props inside the PD parking lot
Why should they be returned?: Earlier, me and Monaclu had a discussion regarding the other situation with me prop abusing. When he read me the rules, I thought when he said to not place props on property that he meant In-Character. I think this is a misunderstanding
