Hey! I'm the person that put the orders out on you. As you said yourself, the rules state "This does not apply if they have partaken in criminal actions, drug manufacturing/murder/robbery/etc." Paying kick ups is a criminal action. You have also received M from our NPC, another criminal action. Following what the rules said, "they know very little", the position you was in allowed you to know what our racket is and who we sell too. You had also attended a meeting with the top three where many illegal ventures where discussed, meaning you would have with out a doubt have known info that could have hurt our faction if it had gotten out.
