Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
Fear RP wasn't properly initiated as the guy ran in Before he even said anything about a mug I saw his gun and ducked away to take out my gun instantly, as well as him trying to mug in a wide open space that people could see in from considering it was an open public business that had two witnesses outside one being a man in the street and another being a man across the street both of them are facing in the general direction of the business and even when he started saying it was a mugging I tried to comply by putting my weapon away and as I put it away I was shot
