The reason for you having not been PK'd in the past when jumping off of world corp is because you were not involved in an RP situation. Where this time around you were in a confrontation with the police and had stated your intentions of ending it. This would definitely be reason for a pk, the admins gave you the benefit of the doubt by doing a roll to give you the chance of survival.
