The words you use are very general, you're not specifically stating what the situation was or what you did wrong, you barely acknowledge you did anything wrong, saying you don't know why you got banned then saying it was unjust and claiming you left because you were busy, yet still apologizing, these words don't actually mean anything unless you explain what you did, why you did it, take ownership and then apologize. Using SPECIFICS.
