From all the evidence we have and from your comment not really adding up to what we found I don't know why this shouldn't stay, it was clear from it all that you were just trying to help your friend move all his stuff from his char that was about to be arrested and pked in jail to a new char so that he wouldn't lose everything, this is against the rules and so the punishment was justified. maybe your friend told you it was alright or something but we are just going off of what we can see and it is all showing a clear rule break.
