After discussion with other staff as well as reviewing the clip, we agree that your intention was to escape the situation, you were going to be arrested for multiple felonies. The cop didn't jump in front of your car, he was backing up and you hit both of them, thus starting a violent encounter. Taking everything into consideration we have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
