I want to make it perfectly clear that making multiple tickets is not the way to go about getting your issue resolved. If you make a ticket and the staff member approaches you - ask to be taken to a sit room. If that doesn't happen and your ticket is closed, wait a little and try again. If you feel that you are being ignored and the staff member in question isn't willing to help you then report them.
If you specifically need a member of UA, then create a discord ticket. Bombing the ticket system is just going to end in punishment, especially considering you have been banned for this before.
