Reason for ban: LTAP RDM

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Got falsely banned for ltap because my pc started acting up during the sit i couldnt do anything it black screened when i alt tabbed to try get a medal clip. Tried rejoining but was already banned. False RDM because i walked into little italy, saw the tire guy who we helped ic and were kind with was having some kinda dispute and when he left one of the guys he was fighting with told a friend of his to get a bat and break his knees. Which i wasnt gonna allow cause i like the tire guy. I ran to my friend who was at the tire shop to warn him and the other guys already walked up, one with a bat if i remember correctly. So i protected the tire guy and my friend with a shotgun, then i fired shots with my shotgun which didnt kill anyone when i was standing there and my friend defended me because some other guys shot me in return. I didnt kill a dozen guys like the person mentioned in the sit so thats false and i got video evidence from my friend.
Why should you be unbanned? it wasnt LTAP and got a false RDM ban.
