Alright, so I was actaully thier while this was happening. He was bring followed by a few people and he was dropping dollars for them in a trail. A bit like Hansel and Greata, leading them around.
I then walked away into PD, and into the cells. A minute or to later he walks on in, and starts dropping the money again. The cops and people in the cells start to collect it off the floor. He then was left and put in a sit I belive.
However, I do think this ban was unjustified as he was actively dropping the money for people to collect, whitch was happing. There was never any lag from this ethier. All the money was obviously being collected. Thus, not making it a crash attempt.
