Reason for ban: RDM x2 | POs

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The entire situation started when I was walking around the Imperial Apartments building and saw two people attempting to scale the ladder and break into the apartments via one of the windows. I took out my gun and shot them as I am close friends with a few of the Lucchese Crime Family members. They got back up and I told them to stop trying to break into the apartments. One of them died due to blood loss and I stitched the other one up and walked off. I wait a few minutes and I'm in a sit with the two over the situation. I try to dispute their claims of RDM but Somespy doesn't listen to me and bans me anyways.
Why should you be unbanned? I have no idea what POs are, but 4 days seems excessive for the problem at hand. Especially when people have been banned for only 12 hrs for 1 singular RDM in the past. I truly believe that me killing the two people wasn't RDM and that I shouldn't be banned over the problems. I have had issues with Somespy and the past and feel that he is biased against me.
