Add shooting out of a vehicle into the server. I feel like this would make stuff a lot easier for kidnappings and just wanted to kill someone in a fast way in general. For example, you put your gun up on someone and tell them to get into the car. You could zip tie them and make them sit in the car or you could drive without them being zip-tied, problem with that is that you don't have your gun on them while your in the drivers seat so what's stopping them from just saying fuck it then jumping out of the car when it's going full speed. Another example would be wanting to kill someone fast, pull up on then get out the car and shoot them then jump back in and drive away, this method still works but I feel like if you could actually do drive-bys on people it would make stuff a lot better there would also be another use to vehicles instead of using them just to run people over.
