Based on my interactions and personal experience with you, you are someone who has built their reputation, personality around minging and interrupting roleplay. An example of this is your name "niggatoni", which is an inherently mingey name. If you are unbanned, what are you going to do differently? How will you deal with the type of people you tend to attract, them being those who also have no regard for the rules?
I am all for second chances, and giving people an opportunity to show they have changed, and intend to do things differently. But based on your history, and the incredible amount of warns and bans you amassed in the month you were on the server, I find it hard to believe that you have changed. Persuade me that if you're unbanned it won't be like before.
