There is a lot of nonsense that didn't need to be said and was more or less completely irrelevant to the appeal. Next time just get to the point, no need to rant. 

That's funny because it seems like you completly missed the point, you should take the time to re-read my ban appeal, it's all relevant and the reasonning of my ban appeal would make no sense without it, which is why I wrote it in the first place.

To answer your question regarding punishment against the staff member, submit a report against the staff member WITH proper evidence.

Again, if you had taken the time to properly read my entire ban appeal, you would have understood the admin gave me 0 chance to appeal, because the reasons of the punishment came out of nowhere, there's no way for me to defend myself since there's 0 proof about the entire situation. In other words if you're mentally challenged: I'm in a neutral position and I received undeserved and poorly warranted punishment by someone that looks right at first glance because he's of higher authority, which is unfair. A report against the staff member is impossible, the only evidence is his abusive behavior that resulted in my unfair ban. Not to mention that you refer to that evidence as "nonsense", you're basically proving my point.

Speaking of that, you qualifying my entire explanation as "nonsense" and "irrelevant" is pretty insane, considering you're not even taking it into account, it's almost as if you're trying to make my point look irrelevant for the sake of appearing right. That's quite disappointing coming from a head moderator.
