While I may be failing to understand the purpose and intentions of this faction, my understanding is that you're going to operate by giving advice to other criminal factions, as money laundering isn't a feature and there are already entities that exist that settle disputes. I would be absolutely shocked if there were faction leaders out there actively seeking advice and willing to pay for it, and this just seems entirely redundant.
