The PK situation came from me being tried in a court case, which was being overseen by a judge in training; an individual who is not allowed to oversee cases, and is limited to name changes. This would make the entire trial nullified in RP. The entire debacle with me being killed during a breakout situation was because of the person who came to break me out not understanding what I meant and shooting me to death instead.
From the arrest to the sentencing, the entire ordeal would have easily been voided in character, in addition, the judge was shortly after the case found to have been corrupt and heavily influenced by P.D. members to push for certain actions.
