Reason for ban: Mugging Rule 4
Length of ban: 1 Day
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was banned for Mugging Rule 4 which states you may only kill someone for not complying. The person I killed started walking away near the end of the mugging and I thought he was running off. During the mugging, he was calling for his buddies on discord I believe. He was really silent during it for a bit of time and all a sudden 3 other guys that are with him showed up and started shooting at us. I believe they were metagaming or at the least the man that called for backup broke fear rp.
Why should you be unbanned? I don't believe I broke the rules. The man started walking away when I had a gun to his head. The staff member didn't even come and talk to me... 3 days into this server and I have never played on a Mafia RP server ever before and this happened and the staff member just banned me didn't even come talk to me or anything just banned me...

It is now saying I am banned by Rowdy I am not sure if that is the same person.
When we had a sit before with Akuma he didn't seem to understand much english. I just figured he could at least talk to me before just banning me. I really don't understand how I was wrong... If I was I would admit to it but I didn't feel like I was.
