The reason why we don't have many members is I don't want to "hire" people saying we are getting a faction and then it gets denied. so I haven't been advertising the faction yet until we get approved. We have also got a business licence application ready to send if we get denied as a whole faction as an alternative. You could also ask why Antarctic Inc needs their name on the TAB menu since as far as I know they don't use any NPC's or Vendors. But getting our name on the TAB menu will get people to know who we are and it may get people to join keeping them out of crime and have more players in legal activities within the server than illegal.

Antarctic applied for a faction during a time when there was little to no competition for legal businesses. The faction applications currently are 4:12. Meaning 1/3 the people making applications right now are looking for a legal faction, 2 of which are in need of a vendor, and then a starting property for that vendor to stay at. Your faction goes off stocks, something a vendor is not required for. Players shouldn't be looking in the TAB menu to be seeing whos in the city and whos not. It should be an IC interaction, advertisements (both in the discord and in game), and word of mouth. I'm sorry to say, but I do not believe this faction should be added just so you could have a slot on the TAB menu. There is a property shortage for the existing factions, to give properties to new ones is already an issue.
