Name of RP Faction: NY Gambling Commission
Type of RP Faction (Government Party, Government Agency, Law Enforcement): Government Agency
The reasoning behind Additional RP Faction (Explain how the server would benefit from having this faction added as a legal RP Faction): The New York Gambling Commission would set rules and regulations revolving around gambling, whether it is casinos, lotteries, bets, and anything luck related. The New York Gambling Commission would also review all applicants who attempt to open a casino, therefore limiting the number of casinos located within the state of New York. The Gambling Commission is responsible for hosting weekly in-game lotteries, handing out gambling licenses to businesses, collecting taxes from gambling, and much more.
Personally, I believe the server could benefit from this agency as not much RP comes from gambling nor thought. Therefore with this agency, I believe we could expand the RP revolving around gambling in general. This would be a very strict and upkeep agency. Everything would be documented within spreadsheets to ensure no information is lost. This will not be another money grab government agency. However, this will lean towards more RP.
