Why should you be unbanned?: That particular Character is a part of the NUP (National Unity Part) and during an Approved Riot I snuck into PD for a while originally to take a High ranking officer hostage inside, before making my way out front looking for the highest rank and opening fire, killing them trying to run away to cause a stir in the riot to turn it violent to further the party's political agenda because the crowd was fired into by the police to being instantly banned after being shot. I don't think the time was warranted by what was done.
