Reason for Appeal: ok so what i did to get banned i think was smash my taxi into another car and it somehow blew up and killed no one. it was not intentional because the render distance on the map is so poor you can only see 10 feet in front of you and have a femtosecond to react to things in the road. and plus, i shouldnt get permabanned for NITRP, and i dont even think barely annoying is a valid ban reason.
