Hello, i was the staff member in question that conducted the PK. The original request for your PK was because of a mugging that you did and you breaking FearRP. Few things i have to note here:
- Since the video did not show what you mentioned in the staff sit during the mugging situation, the video was declared an unusable source of evidence for the PK.
- It should be noted that FearRP PKs are not mandatory, they are discretionary. In my case, the video i was given to showed you pulling out a weapon while under gunpoint. [https://youtu.be/kBqICvqabY4]
- Referring to Jackal's comment about the "offer":
While you did "offer" your money and items to the two faction members, i was vocally announcing that said action was technically breaking server rules. And if im correct, the offer that i let the two faction members consider was your suggestion of a "rewind" of the situation. Im confident that anyone who has a recording of the staff sit would show the same.
Just wanna clear up some facts on both sides of the comments here.
