I will lay the facts down and whichever rank can un-PK can make the final decision. I am indifferent either way.

The trash talk was a mix of OOC and IC (OOC because fuck people who shoot me, and IC because fuck people who shoot cops).
The execution was due to the heat of the moment and as can be seen was within a second or two of my last bullet hitting.
