Why should you be unPK'd?: I was unconscious for arround 30 seconds on the ground when a cop came and executed me on the ground without trying to heal me up or arrest me. Cops cant just execute people passed out on the ground. This was during e riot that occurred yesterday and cops were killing everyone for no reason.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: still trying to get the clip
