Very cool suggestion, however there are a few problems with this.
1. Most people already have leaked jewelry PAC3s, and while yes, non-PAC users would be able to utilize this, it still wouldn't be a very table-turning thing to add.
2. There are hardly any add-ons to put into the server that would add jewelry. The only reason the Rolex is added into the server is because it is in an accessory pack. I've searched for accessory packs containing more than just the Rolex, and they are all either hats or some type of glasses.
3. If you REALLY would want to add these types of things into the server, you'd have to go through the trouble of making the models yourself via some type of 3D Modeling program and then trying to get them implemented into the server through an add-on or something similar (Never made a Gmod server, have no idea how doing something like that would work.)
Besides this, I totally agree that we could use some more customization options for our characters, so +1 if you find a way to get through all of these problems.
