Why should you be unbanned? I was banned for simply being on my Firearms Character, I was actually just wandering the city and doing work for the NYPD making a new SOP. I was in the NYPD Discord at the time in a channel by myself and had a causal conversation with someone I knew from the PD about their Firearms License then he said that he just got shot in the sewers, and I asked him "RDM?" and he responded with "I don't know" then he left the channel. So I typed in OOC "is there someone mass murdering people in the sewers" because I thought some guy was just MRDMing down there. I was still walking around, and then another person joined the channel and I he told me he would need a proscustor for a case he is working on, that is when I went into the cells to see who was arrested and everything to see if I should switch chars to deal with that court case and I decided to decline as the case was drug related and I didn't want to deal with prosecuting such a case while having to deal with revamping the Firearms Commission & making a new SOP because Gordon Medvedev won't give up the old one. I have never been banned and only been warned for minor things and I was falsely warned today. I am also a Former Moderator and I make frequent reports 24/7. If I can get banned for just talking to someone in a VC, and walking in the PD when I am also BAR certified and I represent clients on a daily basis then there is a problem with the lack of investigation by moderators.
