I can vouge for you as there were 3 hell's angels on alts outside the shop watching/letting there faction knows where about 4kt guys are. This obviously shouldn't be happening as they are supposed to live separate lives. Some advice I'm going to give you Hell's Angel's guys is if your on a separate character stay away from 4KT don't roam around there buildings and stop asking them what faction they represent as we all know you only trying to get that information to feed back to your guys who are online without your character getting killed in the process LMAO.
