So to start this incident off, it all began during a court case that I was presiding over in which you were spawning massive prop ambulances and completely disturbed the flow of the entire court case. After the court case was done, I proceeded to hop on my staff char and basically give you a warning for the situation; I took my own sit as there was only 2-3 staff on the time and the others were busy. Everything was all fine and well after this incident and you still had your flags at this time. A warning was just a warning.
Not more than an hour later I get a report of someone prop climbing at the Le Grande hotel, so I teleported to them. I saw you directly prop surfing with a cube to the top floor of the hotel and brought you to a sit and I found it valid to remove your pet flags given the circumstance and prior offense.
