Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): RDM = Random Death Match, Randomly Killing Players. Well i had clear logic behind what I did, me and my partner were robbing place that [b]belonged to some dude because it had a processor in it. I knew that guy was armed with a pistol because not long before the situation he used the handgun to shoot at me but i managed to drive away. We broke with a lockpick because we saw him leaving. My friend had to pick up the processor because it didnt finished processing and We wanted to hid it somewhere else and collect the drugs. So whenever we were leaving the building, owner just showed at the place with two other people, I didnt knew if two new guys were armed so i didnt shoot at them, Only thing i knew that the owner was a threat to my life and my friend's life. He could kill us both to protect his property. I did what I had to do. I shoot him multiple times and I didnt finished him off, my aim wasnt to kill him but to incapacitate him so I could ran away with my comrade and the processor. We managed to escape from the place and had to split. My friend did collected the drugs and I hid in the pharmacy.

Robbers irl would try to avoid the contact with owners of the property but if they would get caught I bet they wouldn't want to end up dead and I bet they would defend themself so they can escape. I hope its understanble cus its serious rp.

Why should you be unbanned? I see a clear logic in what i did, I told the Admin in shorter way what happend but he checked my record and told me hes going to ban me. I told him ealier to bring the friend that was taking part in the whole situation but the admin wasnt even intrested in what we were saying to him. Is it fair, I dont think soo.

Hey, it’s the guy who you RDM’d, I suspected you both of metagame after you robbed me, even though this server really doesn’t have any guidelines against robbing people for no reason, you said you knew I had a processor, which is very hard to believe seeing as both of my doors were locked and my processor was completely out of sight from anyone not in the room. Also, I hadn’t even noticed you robbed me until I came back after dying, and I didn’t even equip my pistol, as shown in my clip. You blatantly shot me without any reasoning at all, robbing me or not, you had no reason. I was unequiped and didn’t even know you robbed me. My friend and I both figured it was RDM, which it was. Just be more careful and know that just because you robbed someone, which to be honest I don’t know how you knew it was me who had the store, you can’t just shoot them, especially if they were not retaliating.
