You admit to shooting him unarmed in this appeal. It doesn't matter if you know that someone is armed, they actually have to present a proper threat before you're able to kill them. If not people would simply run around the server robbing and murdering people on sight.
You clearly don't understand what the definition of RDM is or most of our server rules based on your extensive ban history.
As such I highly recommend you actually read the server rules and play the gamemode properly as everyone else does, less your next ban be permanent.
