As someone who helped McCarthy form this let me just state

This PK was performed by scar on a alt. Meaning he has abused his physical power of character creation to impose no risk during this pk.

Weather or not this pk appeal is accepted Scar should be punished for these actions as they breach the server's guidelines and rules
